How is it priced?
A yearly subscription per product - by transaction volume where that is how the product is priced - plus a one-time installation fee. Prices are in MYR and exclude SST, which is added at checkout.
What does installation include?
Setup on your server, the connection to AutoCount or to your WhatsApp channel, activation, and the checks we run with you before go-live.
Do we need to change how we work?
No. The products sit alongside what you already run - AutoCount stays your system of record, and your team keeps working in it.
Can we add another product later?
Yes, and it is priced on its own. Start with the one that solves today's problem and add the next one when you need it - they are separate purchases.
